智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，6月12日，Computershare Hong Kong Trustees Limited增持药明康德(02359)210.8689万股，每股作价78.0449港元，总金额约为1.65亿港元。增持后最新持股数目约为6279.85万股，最新持股比例为16.22%。
补充资料：Computershare Hong Kong Trustees Limited acquired further interests in its capacity as trustee of the 2025 H Share Award and Trust Scheme of the Company, which triggered a duty of disclosure as the percentage level of interests held by it increased crossing over a whole percentage number which is above 5% (from 15.67% to 16.22%, crossing over 15%).
