智通财经APP讯，LHN(01730)发布公告，于2025年5月21日，公司的间接全资附属Coliwoo Holdings Pte. Ltd拟向CWL Properties Pte. Ltd.出售Emerald Properties Pte. Ltd.100%股权，代价2580万新加坡元(可予调整)。

根据股份买卖协议的条款，股份买卖协议项下买卖销售股份的所有先决条件均获达成，而出售目标公司(现称为Berly Properties Pte. Ltd.)已于2025年7月31日完成。
