智通财经APP讯，LHN(01730)公布，于2025年5月21日，公司的间接全资附属Coliwoo Holdings Pte. Ltd拟向CWL Properties Pte. Ltd.出售Emerald Properties Pte. Ltd.100%股权，代价2580万新加坡元(可予调整)。

据悉，目标公司为该物业的唯一法定及实益拥有人。物业位于Mukim 24第7798W号地块的115 Geylang Road, Singapore 389218的物业，包含在Certificate of Title Volume 462 Folio 194内。

董事会认为，由于集团将收取的所得款项净额预期将增加集团的现金流，从而让集团能够将所得款项用于营运资金，出售事项对集团有益。
